I don't have a synopsis for this book.  All I know for sure is that this story will follow a man who has his identity stolen by an evil Son of a Bitch who looks very much like him and kills for fun.  He lives a life on the run, once he learns what his doppleganger is doing, as he searches for his doppleganger in order to destroy him.  This is absolutely nothing like The Outsider by Stephen King.   For one thing, this story will have no supernatural element.  And for another, I have no plans to kill off the protagonist.
