I don't have a synopsis for this book.  All I know for sure is that this story will follow the life of an insane man who kills his mother over and ove again, collecting the eyes and ears of his victims, putting them on a shelf in his basement hideaway.  It will also follow a very young FBI agent who tries to track down the scavenger with very little success.  The novel ends when he is captured or commits suicide, of course.
