This story will follow the life of an insane man who preys on the living in order to scavenge from the dead by killing his mother over and over again, collecting the eyes and ears of his victims and putting them on a shelf in his basement hideaway.   It will also follow a very young FBI agent who tries to track down the scavenger with very little success.  The story ends when he is captured or commits suicide, of course.
